i loved my stay at talakkia boutique. it’s perfectly located for exploring vibrant talat noi, with great coffee spots nearby. the indoor pool was a refreshing treat after a day out. the staff were friendly and helped me feel right at home.

The hotel was quaint, clean, and nice.

I was appalled by the overwhelming noise from the thin walls. I could clearly hear conversations, TV shows, and even sneezing from the neighboring rooms, ruining any chance of restful nights. Additionally, the air conditioning was painfully slow to cool the room, making it uncomfortable to relax after a long day exploring Bangkok.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely decor that made it inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially MO at night, whose warmth made my stay even better. The hotel is conveniently located near vibrant street food options, perfect for exploring local flavors. However, minor inconveniences included the room being on the smaller side, and some noise from outside during busy hours. A slight delay in service at peak times was also noted, but it didn't greatly affect the overall experience.

Loved the rooftop for chilling and the soaking pool! The location is just a walk from Chinatown and offers convenient tours.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy bed and the option to get daily room cleanings! The small plunge pool was a delightful spot to unwind, and I loved relaxing on the sun terrace too. Just be prepared for slightly compact rooms, but it’s not a big deal if you’re out exploring all day. 😊

The bathroom cleanliness could improve, makeup smudges on surfaces!!! A larger pool would be appreciated since the current one is tiny!!! A few amenities were lacking, like a power point for the kettle and a mini fridge!!!

Perfect for couples seeking a local experience

We initially booked for 7 nights but fell for the place, so we extended it! The staff are super nice, cute, even with their limited English, we managed to communicate just fine. I loved the bed, so comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the neighborhood was just right.

It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but it was worth it.
